Gleyber Torres Baseball America: 27 Baseball Prospectus: 34
Eloy Jimenez Baseball America: 46 Baseball Prospectus: 28
Ian Happ Baseball America: 37 Baseball Prospectus: 50
Couple those guys with the way Vogelbach is playing and I think we should have what it takes to acquire one of the better relievers from an AL team without dipping into the major league roster.

Anyways back to the topic. This is impressive to see since so much talent was brought up last season and this with willson and albert. We sure do have alot of trade chips but would hate to see three go, also dylan cease . The youth of gleybar and eloy means they wouldn't be up for a couple of years and there might be a spot for them then. Happ seems to be zobrist future replacement. We still have guys like soler, mckinney, vogs, zagunis, and jeimer that I would like to see dealt before these guys.

The Cubbies got the short stop position well covered with Russell and Baez, for quite a while.

Right now I don't think you give up any of the 3 unless it is a player they think can put them over the top. They are all still young for the league they are in and can be moved as they move up in the system to fit any needs we might have on the ML team.

Not one personal attack in anything I've said. Not once! You are what you are and I am what I am. I've been positive and hopeful where you've been nothing but negative. Fuck you and your fucking negativity! Maybe you need to actually learn what a personal attack is because not once have I attacked you on a personal levell. You want to be negative and sit in that pathetic negativity than that's on you. Go Cub! I see nothing wrong with anybody on here being negative about whats been going on with this team lately. All they are is being real about what they are seeing and not turning a cheek and pretending nothing is wrong. To be honest they have sucked lately and for the first time in a while, even through the rebuild years I shut a game off last night and walked away and I'm taking the day off from the game today. And you all should know I'm one of the biggest Cubs homers there is. It doesn't mean I'm quitting on them, I still have faith in them but I just need a break from watching this garbage. I knew the pitching wasn't going to continue all season with a sub 3 ERA from the starting staff, I knew we'd see a regression at some point, but I didn't think it would be so drastic. Other than that, some bad baserunning, some bad choices by Joe in the line ups, batting orders and in game moves and some pathetic home plate umpiring I can't understand why they went from invincible to not being able to beat bad teams so quickly. I know they had a lot of young players come up to cover injuries, but it's not like they played bad and aren't producing. Right now I'm scratching my head trying to figure out how it went so bad so quick. I have faith they will bounce back and that this is just a lull and not a crash and burn , but it doesn't mean I have to be positive and not post anything negative about the teams play. We are adults here, people should be able to handle some negativity thrown at the team when it's deserved.

It would have been even more of not for the guys already called up. I'm not sure if Candelario and Almora would have placed, probably not,but they would have been close , but no doubt Contreras would have been top 10 .

Contreras is listed #44 in the top 100, #1 for catchers on the Cubs site and Almora is ranked #76.

What I find odd is I can't see vogs even in mid-season 100. You think he would have cracked the 100 list.

Contreras probably would have been top 10 mid season if he was still at Iowa.
