Wow... very surprising. I haven't checked to see how he did - but you'd think anyone with an arm like that would get a longer look with a team going nowhere fast... I'm sure he'll get another shot. Curious what went on behind closed doors....

he only pitched twice..1st was a perfect inning with 2 K's..the 2nd he gave up 2 HR's..

Damn. Really sucks for him. Does anyone here think he needs surgery to get back to where he was or is it just gone forever? Seems like he's had a lot of random injuries but not the UCL.

It was a shoulder injury. Those are death for a guy who relies on velocity

Speaking of Ramirez ... where is Mike Olt now? I know he was with the Sox for a while, right? He is with San Diego right now .247/.366/.389/.755 in 51 games, mostly in AA, just promoted to AAA
