Does this assume Neil Ramirez is on the first 24? If so, I say Kawasaki. If not, I say Ramirez....

Parra sure gave a decent account of himself. Hope he goes to AAA... Could be valuable.... Parra has been real solid, but with so many teams looking for bullpen help, I can see him refusing his assignment. He will find work quickly. |

Does this assume Neil Ramirez is on the first 24? If so, I say Kawasaki. If not, I say Ramirez.... I think it would be hard to add Kawasaki because he isn't on the 40 man, which would mean someone else would have to get dropped and go through waivers, get released or get traded. |

How does he refuse assignment? He's AAA right now. I think the Cubs would have to release him or trade for him to pitch somewhere else. |

Cubs released Kawasaki today, so pretty much Neil Ramirez is going to get the 25th spot I would assume at this point.

Technically Ramirez won the spot and Szczur got a spot due to Baez injury.
