Jones, and Utley Tough one , my only sure vote is Wagner who should have already been in . The guy has a career ERA barely over 2 (2.39) and has 423 saves 7 all star teams, gotten MVP votes in 2 seasons, and finished in the top 6 in CY Young twice ......how is he not in ? The others I all have some sort of issue with but I'd probably give a vote to Holliday has the Coors thing , but he ended up playing longer in STL than he did Colorado and his STL numbers were not Coors like but they were still very good .293 avg .874 ops and he got MVP votes in 8 of the 15 seasons he played and MVP votes to me weigh a lot in considering a guy for the HALL. Manny Ramirez , has the PED thing , but others are in who I believe used and his numbers are very worthy .312 career average , .411 OBP , 555 homers and MVP votes in 11 of 19 years including a 9 straight year run and get this a CAREER .996 OPS , guys kill for having an OPS like that once in a career. and he only struck out more than 140 times once. And I think that might be it , I'm sure I will hear it's not fair to give a vote to Manny and not AROD , but I don't care, I liked Manny alot , I am tempted on AROD though , hard to overlook the numbers roids or not.

How many Ramirez are we talkin'? Some of those names are kinda surpring, but Manny, Utley, Andru, Wagner, a couple others should make it in I'd think. If Ortiz made it and it's a done deal- let's let the roiders in then. A-Rod is too good to not be in the hall.

I don't think they can let AROD in until they let Bonds in , both are too blatant users , but both do belong , but they also have the A-Hole factor working against them , where everybody seemed to love big Popi most people thought Bonds and AROD were tools.

A-Rod is on current ballot, so that's the difference. The other roiders and misc offenders will be allowed into the hall eventually. There's some type of old-timers committee that I can't recall that can make it happen.

My picks: **NO A-ROD until at least Bonds, McGwire, Clemens, Shilling, Sheifield and Sosa gets in first which they should be in**
Andruw Jones *BEST DEFENSIVE CF OF ALL TIME**
Adrian Beltre **.273/.339/.480, 477 Homers while playing elite defense at 3B**
Joe Mauer **numbers are not eye popping except 2009 (Roids?), but overall .306/.388/.439 for a everyday catcher is very impressive.**
Gary Sheffield *his swing alone should be in the HOF*
Manny Ramirez
Billy Wagner *no idea what the debate is why he is not in the HOF yet*
Todd Helton
Who I think will get voted in:
Joe Mauer, Beltre *Media loved him* and Helton.
Wagner and Jones miss again for some stupid ass reason.

I just remember Rollins as maybe one of the top at his position for MAYBE four years. Ya gotta do it for longer than that. But I'm old school. Uuuurrn it. Or yearn it.

One guy who really should be in the HOF is Curt Flood. He had a good career and although his numbers aren't really HOF worthy, his contribution to baseball certainly is. He changed the game possibly more than any other individual. We have umpires, managers, executives, broadcasters in the hall. Although I should poke my eyes out for suggesting a Cardinal, Flood should be in.

Nah , HOF criteria for his era was way different , it pretty much was either hit 500 homers or have an ungodly batting average and play 20 years or more. He only played 15 years and he cartainly didn't qualify for the HR number, he didn't greatly exceed that number in RBI's 85 homers 636 rbi's .294 avg .732 ops and he only stole 88 bases. I get the aspect of what you mentioned about changing the game , he's a pioneer, not a HOF player.
