The Cubs starting staff currently has an ERA of 2.41 and a WHIP of 1.00 to lead the entire MLB in both categories.
The Cubs bullpen currently has an ERA of 3.34 which is 4th in the NL and a WHIP of 1.20 which is also 4th in the NL.

Cubs pitching is also 1st in BAA.200 and tied for first in quality starts 28

In short the Cubs starting pitching and Bullpen overall are pretty good.

just need offense wake up a bit. all good teams go through this.nothing to worry about

I agree that the pitching has been very solid for the most part. The offense was a beast to start off, the league adjusted as the bats slumped a bit. I don't expect the troops to learn from this, rally, and come out more consistent in the long run.

The weather in Chicago has helped. That will go up once Wrigley becomes small. Still expect to be top 5 in mlb though
