couple of post have been made in introduction thread, but this deserves its own thread. this is very very sad lose for Cubbies Fever. before 2016 season Corndog started this board as to get away from the politics and bullying that went on at Cubs.com message board. Cubbies Fever has been a successful board over these years and lets keep it successful for years to come.
I think best way to honor Corndog is to use the pic he used and set it as your profile pic. if anyone can think of anything else we can honor him, please share your ideas.

I’m very sorry to hear that. I didn’t know him personally but always respected what he had to say here. I also didn’t know he was the founder of these boards and the reason we all still have a place to discuss and enjoy all things Cubs together.

Edit: im not sure if he made it to the Killers show he mentioned but i looked up the setlist and it was a nice one. Jonny marr and the killers played charming man together towards the end od the show

Sad news . Thoughts and prayers are with your family.
RIP Corndog , you were a class act and I can't thank you enough for starting this board and giving all of us old board members and new ones a place to talk about a team we all love, well most of us do.
This and the old board have been a big part of my life since 2003 and there have not been a lot of days that have gone by since you started this board that I did not spend atleast a few minutes of my day conversing with my fellow Cubs fans on here and I thnk you again for that.

I was surprised when he invited me to join his board, since we had only traded a few messages back and forth. At the time, I thought any other place than the MLB board, especially one that is private, rules can be set and people can have consequences to their posts if necessary....would be better.
Being 1200 miles from Wrigley now, I never met anyone from the board but from Cubba26 and BigSkinny, I could tell a bunch knew each other by the Chammps golf outing threads. Always wanted to go there and do that if only once.
Now I can put a name to an image, thanks to 20K. Glad I sort of met and knew ya, Corey...if only as a unique avatar. Thank you for the invitation.
