Sorry man , Cutler doesn't belong in the same sentence as Brady. I really hope you are not trying to say Cutler could have been Brady if he had protection and Brady would have been Cutler if he didn't/ Bad O lines are one thing , but we are talking about a sense for the game and whats in a guys head and there is zero comparison. The only positive thing one could really say about Cutler is he had a great arm and he could get up after a hit . I'm saying Cuter = Brady, about as much as you were "literally" saying Busch will be the next Rizzo. What I implied was, Cutler never got a fair chance to think about anything, other than saving his life. And yet, he got up. He went out there every week, knowing what happened last week. Knowing the pain. Knowing what was coming on Sunday. And knowing that it was never going to end. I'm saying Brady would have sucked, if he took that beating every week (Think Rookie, Troy Aikman -- Imagine if he had THAT talent for the next 10 yrs) Brady (The GOAT), TOTALLY sucked, when he got his ass kicked by the Broncos. (17 Hits from Professional Football Players - That had 1 thing on their mind - to maim). Imagine him getting his ass kicked like that, every week. Not one horrible nightmare in the playoffs... EVERY WEEK. That's what Cutler went through.

Not sure if you were only seeing playoff games , and I know you can take a beating without getting sacked but here we go Cutlers seasons in Denver with sack totals 13 in 9 games 21 in 16 games 11 in 16 games ........thats pretty damn good protection in Chicago 35 in 16 52 in 15 ........maybe you are living off the memory of this season ? 23 in 10 38 in 15 19 in 11 38 in 15 29 in 15 17 in 5 he was sacked 352 times in 153 games = 2.3 times per game in his career Brady had seasons with these sack totals 41 32 32 26 26 26 21 16 25 32 27 40 21 38 15 35 21 27 21 22 22 he was sacked 564 times in 335 games = 1.7 times per game in his career

Dec 31, 2006 NFL Head Cranial Concussion Grade 1 This was Cutler's 1st concussion as a pro. He reportedly suffered somewhere between 1-3 Concussions at Vanderbilt. Oct 3, 2010 NFL Head Cranial Concussion Grade 1 Nov 20, 2011 NFL Hand Thumb Fracture. Cutler missed the final 6 games of the season after breaking his right (throwing) thumb. Nov 19, 2017 NFL Head Cranial Concussion Grade 1 www.draftsharks.com/fantasy/injury-history/jay-cutler/1077Chance of Injury in 2024 - 56.4%(% chance misses at least 2 quarters) Projected Games Missed 2024 - 4.17Durability - 4.00(Ability to produce despite relatively minor injuries. 5 being most durable) Sacks are not the end all. It's the Hits. Not to mention, Protection TimeI hope you're not arguing that Brady got hit, a little less than Cutler & was hurried, similarly to Cutler.

I think in 2015 and 2016, or maybe it was 14 and 15, Cutler was one of the most protected QBs in the NFL. The issue with Cutler was he couldn’t get out of his own head. I think he was a decent QB, but he never had the mentality, regardless of how good the line would have been, to be elite.

UH , I did mention that I know they can take a beating without getting sacked , but as far as hits, protection time, knock downs etc that can also GREATLY waiver on if a QB knows how to avoid such things by staying in or leaving the pocket, scrambling, just standing there , reading the defense, feeling the rush. So PLEASE don't try to say the only thing seprating the GOAT from Jay Fucking Cutler was his O line , of Jay Cutler could have been as good if he had the lines Brady did. The ONLY way that would even be comparable is if you switched heads on them , there is no comparing their feel for the game, mental toughness, reading a defense on and on and on i could go . Cutler had a great arm , that's about where his QB skills started and ended.

B I N G O and comparing him to Brady is like comparing Carlos Zambrano to Kyle Hendricks or Greg Maddux

I never said "only thing" What I said was, if Brady had 7 Concussions, multiple Fractures, Strains & Pulls... If Brady had Chicago talent, (O Line, Receivers, Coaches,) his whole Career... He wouldn't have been GOAT Brady. I never said Brady would have been Cutler. And I never said Cutler would have been GOAT Brady, if he played in New England. I said he would have been better.

He wouldn't have been GOAT Brady. I never said Brady would have been Cutler. And I never said Cutler would have been GOAT Brady, if he played in New England. I said he would have been better. Because I don't think those two should be talked about in the same sentence, there is nothing to compare with them. I'm sorry but Brady wasn't Brady just because of his coach , recievers and line although they did help him along. It's almost like saying Jordan was Jordan because of Collins and Jackson and Pippen. And Cutler wasn't Citler because of his coaches, line and recievers because it was the same old story every year with him , we'd hear oh Cutler is going to shine now , we got a new O coordinator, we got a new head coach , we got a good line and he did have some pretty good recievers most of the seasons with the Bears and had one of the better recieving backs for a while Forte. And then what would happen ? Cutler was Cutler because he was stubborn and at times not too bright, bordering on just flat out stupid . Cutler played 8 seasons and had a career passer rating of 85.3 with a high of 92.3 Brady played 20 seasons and had a career passer rating of 97.2 with a high of 117.2 , he had a rating of over 100 in 8 of his seasons and if you want to talk about durability, the guy played every game of a season in all but 3 of them. at age 45 he had a rating of 90.7 at 45 years old his rating was almost as good as Cutlers best. Other than both being a quarteback , that's pretty much where the comp ends. Sorry man , I don't like Cutler and can't understand why some people seem to think he was a victim of his teams he played on , he was a victim of his own head most of the time. Why people still make excuses for him is confusing.

I've been saying this for a long time wanting Bauer but not a single MLB team has shown interest. You would think this would be perfect for a collusion law suit from him.. Eventually. But for now he wants to play.
